Super Bowl Pizza

Super Bowl 2010

Pizza is the ultimate super bowl food so I thought we would make some dessert pizzas as well. My husband had a hard time this year choosing a team to root for at the super bowl. I decided to make two pizzas; one pizza for each team!

I chose a peanut butter cookie recipe with peanut butter chips. I divided the dough into two equal parts for two medium pizzas. I topped each pizza with a milk chocolate ganache. Then, I took a butter cream icing and decorated each cookie. One for the Colts and one for the Saints. I decorate cakes so I had all the tips and food colorings so it was pretty easy. You could easily buy colored icing with tips at the store and create the same emblems. I love how they turned out!
