Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

DIRECTIONS: 1.) Preheat oven to 375° (F) 2.) Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon. Add chopped almonds. Set to the side. 3.) Cream flaxseed meal, butter and sugars. 4.) Add eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. 5.) Add dry ingredients and milk alternately in small amounts just until smoothly blended. Turn off mixer. 6.) Stir in chocolate chips by hand. 7.) Drop onto ungreased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet using rounded tablespoon or 1 1/2" cookie scoop. 8.) Bake 9-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
