2009 Halloween Chocolate Chip Cookie Contest

There is nothing fancy about Halloween cookies recipes. You can take an ordinary cookie like a chocolate chip cookie and dress it up for any holiday. Whether you are giving them to a neighbor, taking them to a party or church potluck, giving them that extra flare will surely please party goers and lucky recipients everywhere. It is your turn to show off your creativity!

1. Take an ordinary chocolate chip cookie.(Yes, it has to be a chocolate chip cookie. Even a chocolate chip bar cookie will work. No sugar cookies!)Cookies must be homemade and not store bought.
2. Give the cookie your special Halloween flare. This can be done by creative decorating, colored chips, or best of all really creative festive display and packaging.
3. Take your best photo and submit to the contest on this page. (YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PHOTO!)Writing a description of what to do without a photo will not qualify as an entry. Photos must be clear, up close, and show as much detail as possible.
4. Detailed description of how to create your recipe/cookie display. You can submit step by step pictures if you like.
5. Include your name and e-mail.
6. Winner will be chosen based on overall creativty, presentation, and photo quality.
7. Contestants may enter as many times as they like. Must be 18 years or older to enter.
8. Contest ends October 31, 2009. Winner will be announced by November 5, 2009
