A Tutorial That Answers All the Questions

I've been baking chocolate chip cookies for 45 years. I thought I had it down pat until I visited this website. I followed the tutorial religiously, and frankly thought I was taking out the cookies too soon. I soon found that doing exactly as instructed made the "perfect chocolate chip cookie". The tutorial was easy to follow and covered all of the questions that I had.

I used half semi-sweet choc. chips and half white chocolate chips and they turned out beautifully. My only problem now is learning how to stop eating them. Wonderful advice and I learned a lot.
